The Ruler Is Back. I used to be THE biggest Jay-Z head when I was younger. I even saw the "I declare war concert" and personally witnessed with my own two eyes when Hov and Nas stopped the fued and stood beside each other. I had forgotten how dope he was/is,but im back to my roots. Im going to see Hov AGAIN in march = ) Can't Wait
